CMSA is a public charter school located in Rogers Park. We offer a tuition-free, high-caliber education for grades 6th-12th. In 2009, our first senior class experienced 100% college acceptance and 100% college bound. We're also rated one of the top 3 charter schools and non-selective high schools in Chicago.

We are currently 3-12 In The Green Conference:  We are still young with 3 upper
classmen.  PG Jonathan Barbee has been playing well averaging 16pts
the last 2 games.

CMSA Folk Dance Program

This free program will be run by a professional dance instructor and will allow students to learn how to folk dance while wearing colorful costumes and performing in competitions around the city and in other states!  Lunch will be provided.

Area 19 Science Fair

Friday, January 29th, Marlon Itzep, Brian Cruz, Alejandra Cruz and Etna Maxinez competed in the Area 19 Science Fair at Northeastern Illinois University.  The students arrived early and were judged by three experts in their area.

ART HELPING OUR EARTH

The CMSA afterschool program, with support from the Shedd Aquarium, has created art pieces about recycling. Each piece holds a significant message about the importance of caring for our environment.
